Ingredients:
- 5 1/2c milk
- 1/2c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4c rice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2c raspberries
- Bring milk, sugar, and salt to a boil.
- Reduce to low/medium heat and bring mixture to a simmer.
- Add the rice and cook for 55-60 minutes, stirring extremely frequently.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla, cinnamon, and 1/2 the raspberries
- Serve with a few berries sprinkled on top!
