Ingredients:
- 1/2 TB butter
- 1/4c milk
- 1/4c cream
- 4c shredded cheese
- 1 poblano pepper (chopped)
- 1 large tomato (finely diced)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- Chipotle sauce
- Hot sauce
- Cilantro
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add the cream and milk.
- When heated, stir in the cheese until melted.
- Add pepper, tomato, onion and stir.
- Add in sauces and spices to taste.
