Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 bottle poppysead dressing
- Salt & pepper
- 1 TB balsamic vinegar
- 2c spinach
- 2c romaine lettuce
- 2c chopped strawberries
- 1/2c sliced almonds
- 1c diced mozzarella
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Marinate in 1/2 cup of dressing and vinegar for 1 hour.
- Cook chicken through.
- Mix spinach, lettuce, strawberries, almonds, mozzarella, and dressing to taste in a bowl.
- Serve chicken with a hefty serving of salad!
