Ingredients:
- 2 TB butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2c Italian blend shredded cheese
- 1/4c barbecue sauce
- Place turkey in large bowl.
- Add seasonings, cheese, and sauce.
- Mix well, make 8 nice sized patties, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- While that’s in the fridge, chop onions, melt butter in a small pan, add onions.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until onions are caramelized.
- Cook turkey burgers over medium heat.
